Many thanks for logging on, as a fight fan and a former boxing photographer, who could have imagined that some sixteen years ago in the mining town of Ebb Vale deep in the valleys of South Wales where I started my ring announcing career.
From the York Hall east London to the promised land of Israel, from the French coast to the heart of Scotland, the shadow of the pyramids of Egypt to the heat of the African sun, I have seen it all from the best ringside seat in the business.
I have been very lucky, but as they say "you make your own luck". I am so thankful to the promoters who had faith in me, and the boxers that have encouraged me. Also, the IBO who have sponsored me must have a special mention.
Ed Levine the IBO president recruited me ten years ago to handle the PR in the UK, what a busy time I have had, the IBO has been a easy sell, the unique computerised ratings, its honesty and integrity, the boxer first policy has helped the organisation become the most talked about world governing body.
